Why we commit ?

At Talisker, performance and impact go hand in hand. We move them forward together. Because transforming organizations without caring about the world around them makes no sense. We commit so that our work also helps shift perspectives, within companies, across society, and sometimes even in people’s minds.

At Talisker, we didn’t wait for a label to start asking the right questions.
On the contrary, from the very beginning, we’ve been driven by a deep sense of purpose.
Then, in 2021, we chose to put it in writing: becoming a purpose-driven company.
Not to ease our conscience, but rather to set a clear direction — one that reflects who we are and where we’re headed.

Skills-based Volunteering

Consulting, but for causes that matter. For the past six years, Talisker has been running a skills-based volunteering program, enabling our consultants to share their expertise, in strategy, organization, communication, and digital transformation, with nonprofit organizations. These missions are carried out during working hours and chosen collectively, ensuring meaningful impact and shared purpose.

Solidarity & sports initiatives

We run, we give, we commit. In 2025, our teams covered 547 km in marathons and half-marathons. 16 consultants ran the half-marathon, 5 took on the full marathon, and 547.34 km were converted into donations for nonprofit organizations. Collective effort is part of who we are.
